Russellville, Nov 25 – John
Scott, formerly of this place died at Indianapolis, Sunday of paralysis, aged
80 years. He is survived by three sons and one
daughter, William, Arthur, John and Martha and two brothers, AM Scott of Ladoga
now of Indianapolis and Thomas Scott and Elizabeth Hamilton. He was born near
Russellville and at one time resided near Browns Valley in Montgomery County. Mr. Scott was one of the well known
prosperous and highly respected citizens of the community. The body will be
brought here for burial Tuesday morning.
